It sort of does the job, but not as good as the electric one it replaced. Still, for the price it's ok, just takes a lot longer.

I have just received my Powerfloss but it doesn't seem to work at all. What can you suggest?

Sometimes when you first use the Powerfloss you need to take the following steps to get the product to work. We hear of this very rarely but the steps below will usually solve it. Disconnect the water tank and submerge the pump housing, tube and nozzle completely under water. It is ideal to put them in a sink and place them FULLY under water. While under water, pump the button a few times to encourage lubrication of the tube and to obtain the correct flow.
