My \"Medisana\" lamp arrived in one piece.I have used it everyday for the past two weeks for approx 15-20 minutes a day for acute sciatica.It is the only thing that has brought relief and Iam now 90% free of pain.The lamp is not as solid as my previous \"Philips\", however I can at least purchase new bulbs if needs be, which was impossible for my old 30 yeaar old model! If you have a bad back this product is a god send, its light and depending on how much discomfort you are in, only need 15 mins in the morning and 15 mins on an evening. Small, easy to use, and light - would have liked an off/on button for ease, particularly with a bad back but still pleased I bought it.
