We like to make our website as transparent as possible with regard to delivery charges as there is nothing more annoying than getting to the final stage of checkout and suddenly finding the purchase cost has risen with delivery charges and VAT or other tax. All of our product prices shown include taxes. Delivery charges are given as soon as you add an item to the checkout and are weight-based; as we use Royal Mail, these charges are very reasonable and please note that ALL ORDERS OVER £50 to theUK get FREE DELIVERY.
Delivery Time:
We know from customer feedback that when you order online you want the item as quickly as possible. Also, when you are buying a product that is health-related, you don't want it next week - you need it now. For that reason, we despatch all of our orders promptly. If you purchase during the day your order will normally be despatched on the following morning if not sooner. All of our products have a stock indicator (green for in-stock and red for out-of-stock) and there if there any delays we will contact you by email or telephone to discuss.
We use Royal Mail 1st class post for most of our orders as they are extremely reliable but we also may use couriers for heavy or larger items, or where we are concerned the Royal Mail service will not be prompt enough. If your parcel has not arrived at a UK address within 5 working days we would strongly recommend you contact your local Royal Mail sorting office / collection point as they may be holding your item there. Although the Royal Mail postmen should leave a card to indicate they have tried to deliver to you, this can get forgotten or buried under other mail so it is always worth asking first before you contact us (assuming you have received an order acknowledgement email and have allowed time). Parcels are not classed as missing until 15 working days after the expected delivery date. At this point we would send a replacement if it has still not arrived although you will normally be expected to complete a non-receipt declaration form from us to help prevent fraudulent claims.
