- I had purchased the Accu-Chek Advantage II strips for my mum from your online store and we weren’t sure whether my mum could use these strips or not.
I then called your number and Claire Brash answered. She was extremely helpful and offered to check with the Pharmacist to confirm if my mum could use these strips. She then called me straight away confirming that this was new packaging and that my mum would be able to use these strips.

- I just wanted to say a very big thank you for the assistance and advice I received yesterday from healthcare4all. I was so impressed by the web site design, and the online chat facility where the operator was able to answer fully all my questions and concerns right up to the purchasing of the product over the phone. The operator was polite and friendly with excellent product knowledge. They provided advice and suggested a model that best suited my condition. (Respironics Inspiration Elite nebuliser.) The way in which they dealt with my queries and subsequent order was excellent and efficient. The e-mails they sent were accurate and prompt. I greatly appreciated their guidance on the product as well as the information they provided me on the VAT exemption that I was entitled, for which I had no previous knowledge! All in all the way in which they dealt with my order from start to finish was excellent. - I recently purchased a pack of Waterpik Sensonic replacement brushheads. At the time of buying the items were out of stock. Healthcare4All quickly contacted me by email to inform me the brushheads had been discontinued by the manufactuers and asked if I would like the left over stock? I was very touched by their kind gesture and jumped at the chance. The items arrived very quickly and I was delighted with the items.
