Instructions for use:

To enjoy moist-heat therapies, activate the Instants by simply clicking the disc inside the gel pack back and forth until it starts generating heat.
Moisten the included fabric pockets and place the Instants into them, then into the back of the goggle. After each use, the Instants gel packs need to be reset by boiling them for 5 minutes.
For cold treatments, insert Instants in moistened fabric pockets into the back of the goggle. Place the goggle in a self-sealing plastic bag and leave in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

For sufferers of dry eye, irritation, or puffiness, our Thermoeyes Instants gel packs can offer immediate relief, using both heat and cold therapy.
Thermoeyes Instants can be reused up to 100 times, and offer comfortable, effective relief to dry eye and other conditions.
Each use allows for 15-18 minute moist heat treatments, giving you unparalleled eye hydration.
The instants can also be used for shorter cold therapy sessions, targeted at reducing irritation and puffiness.
