With 8 electrodes for hands and feet, the scale delivers precise results. The measurement is based on bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA): a weak, completely harmless electrical current measures the resistance of different tissue types. Since fat, muscles, bones, and water conduct electricity differently, their proportions in the body can be calculated accurately. The 150 cm long, automatically retractable handgrip allows for a complete expert-level full-body analysis.
