Firstly, the ordering process and delivery were First class from Healthcare4All. The additional service of not paying VAT
at source was welcome, as other sites either don't offer it or, tell you to reclaim it from HMRI.
The machine arrived - approx. 36 hours after ordering it - in triple wrapped bubble-wrap as well as being in the manufacturers box. This would have stood being thrown around several times by a disgruntled postal worker.
The set-up was simple, following the Idiot sheet supplied, and my eager feet were vibrating in next to no time. Time will tell as to its efficacy.
Although I am just starting out with this aid I have several recommendations from current users who highly recommend it.
First impressions are: Very smart piece of equipment that is easy to use, and will, hopefully, do what it says on the tin.
